Unlike aluminum antiperspirant that clogs sweat glands to prevent sweating, Pit Paste allows your body to sweat and detoxify naturally. The organic arrowroot powder in Pit Paste helps absorb moisture to keep you feeling comfortably dry.
Does Pit Paste Stain?
A little goes a long way, y'all - so only use the recommended amount and wait until everything is fully absorbed before getting dressed to avoid staining.
Is Pit Paste Cruelty-Free & Vegan?
Heck yes. All our products are certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny. Most of our stuff is suitable for vegans with the exception of our deodorant sticks and lip balms, which contain organic beeswax.
Is Your Packaging Plastic?
We care as much about the health of the environment as we do about your health, so we strive to use responsible packaging whenever possible. Most of our products are packaged in glass that is both reusable/recyclable and naturally BPA-free. Our deodorant sticks, lip balms, and sample sizes are packaged in plastic which is BPA-free and recyclable.

I found this deodorant several years ago and haven’t used anything else since! It is effective, with a great scent and easy to apply.
This works better than other natural deodorants for me. Still not quite enough for Houston summers, but I use it the rest of the time and it works well with no irritation.
Ordered baking soda free by accident - it's just as good as the other stuff...just a different texture.
It also has a lovely, natural subtle scent that does not smell like fake chemicals and isn't overpowering during exertion and workouts. And a little really does go a long way 😁. I'm convinced!
I’ve tried several scents/types of Pretty Frank and this one (baking soda-free) is the best. The texture is different from the one with baking soda (so it took some getting used to), but it doesn’t irritate my skin which is great. I almost feel like it works better as a deodorant too. Also doesn’t seem to leave as much residue on clothing. Great scent! This would work well as a scent for guys too. I feel like the scent in this one is a little less strong than the one that has baking soda, but it makes up for it by working better.
