When removing the plastic seal, we recommend twisting your stick up slightly to allow for a clean and easy removal.
1. Soften by warming against your skin for 5-10 seconds.
2. Swipe 1-2 times. Remember... a little goes a long way.
3. Wait 5 minutes to allow deodorant to fully absorb before getting dressed.

Unlike aluminum antiperspirant that clogs sweat glands to prevent sweating, Pit Paste allows your body to sweat and detoxify naturally. The organic arrowroot powder in Pit Paste helps absorb moisture to keep you feeling comfortably dry.
Does Pit Paste Stain?
A little goes a long way, y'all - so only use the recommended amount and wait until everything is fully absorbed before getting dressed to avoid staining.
Is Pit Paste Cruelty-Free & Vegan?
Heck yes. All our products are certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny. Most of our stuff is suitable for vegans with the exception of our deodorant sticks and lip balms, which contain organic beeswax.
Is Your Packaging Plastic?
We care as much about the health of the environment as we do about your health, so we strive to use responsible packaging whenever possible. Most of our products are packaged in glass that is both reusable/recyclable and naturally BPA-free. Our deodorant sticks, lip balms, and sample sizes are packaged in plastic which is BPA-free and recyclable.

I am loving this stuff! I have tried a few other natural deodorants in the past. I adore fresh citrus scents, and this one does not disappoint! Unlike another brand with a good lime scent, this is smooth and so far my skin is happy! I also tried a lime from a popular brand with amusing commercials, and I swear they thought I wanted BO in a lotion-like form, rather than DEodorant! It's AWFUL. Another natural brand I tried uses alchohol as a base. The scent is good...but with just spring temps (northern Utah) I started to REEK after just a couple of hours!
I tried samples of Pretty Frank last year, and liked it, so I came back!
Currently, I haven't been using it every day, as it's not been very warm, and I haven't been out of the house much, but it's definitely working. I thought people were nuts when they said natural deodorant actually made them less smelly/damp--but I think they were right! I DO certainly get stinky, but it's not like the old days when I wore antiperspirant but missed a day. I also don't feel like I soak a shirt like back then, even WITH a regular antiperspirant.
This is my favorite non-toxic deodorant brand so far. The coconut lime scent is also just amazing and so fresh and clean. Putting this on, plus a few spritzes of the deodorant spray, really helps me stay smelling good for most of the day. With intense exercise, sometimes I start to smell, but that's to be expected with a natural deodorant. I will be buying Pretty Frank for life!
I love love love this formula. I can't use baking soda deodorant but other natural deodorants don't work either. Ives been using Pretty Frank since they were Primal Pit Paste! If I don't have time to make my own deodorant, I ordered it from Pretty Frank.
