Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yep. If you’ve got unopened stuff you ordered on our website that you don’t like, we’ll take it back within 30 days of purchase. Contact us for help. If you’ve got stuff you bought through other retailers, you’ll need to get in touch with them directly.
Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds on shipping costs. Expedited shipping options will be available upon request for additional postage fees.
Unopened? How am I supposed to know I don’t like it until I open it?
We get it – trying new stuff is fun. That’s why we recommend starting with a trial size of our pit pastes before you buy a full-size product that may or may not be a good fit your body chemistry. And hey, we’re always on hand to help you find the product that’s best for you. Shipping Policies
How soon will I get my order?
ASAP. As soon as you click that purchase button, we start processing your order. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, and you’ll get an email with tracking info once your stuff has been shipped so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. If you’ve got a question about your order status, please contact us. Here’s some other stuff you should know:
- All our products are handcrafted and produced weekly so our customers get the freshest products. Most orders ship within 2 business days of being placed, but please give us up to 5 business days to package and ship your items once you place the order. We’re real people, not lightning-fast robots. Yet.
- We only ship orders Monday-Friday, and not on national holidays.
- Standard Ground Delivery is handled by DHL & USPS (United States Postal Service). DHL works with USPS to deliver Standard Ground packages; delivery will be completed by USPS. We’re happy to ship to P.O. Boxes when Standard Ground Delivery is chosen as the shipping method during checkout. All shipments are currently fulfilled from our offices in Austin, Texas, so please allow 5-7 business days shipping time for U.S. 48 orders once a package is picked up by the parcel carrier, depending on order total and selected method of shipping.
- Expedited FedEx shipping options are available during checkout to certain locations for an additional charge, depending on the selected FedEx method. Please note: Orders placed on Friday with FedEx shipping method will not be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest.
- When choosing "Standard Shipping" please allow for at least 7 to 12 business days shipping time for U.S. Other, Canada and International orders.
- All orders will ship as they are received; we are unable to hold orders or delay shipment once an order has been placed on our website.
My order should have qualified for free shipping, but I was still charged.
Yikes! Orders with SUBTOTAL $39.00 or more after any discounts are applied qualify for free Standard Ground Shipping within the U.S. Free shipping is not calculated based on the value of the carted items, and applicable state sales tax does not apply toward the qualifying subtotal. Expedited shipping options are excluded from this offer and will incur additional cost.
My package has been marked “delivered” but I never received it.
As we are not responsible for any transit issues that may arise due to the parcel carriers once packages have left our facility, we’re unable to refund or replace packages that show "delivered" by the parcel carrier's tracking system. You will need to open a claim with the parcel carrier in the event of a non-receipt package that has been marked as delivered.
- In the event that a package is returned to our facility by the parcel carrier and the shipping address was entered INCORRECTLY, we will either refund the order less the cost of shipping, or ship the products out again after postage is paid by the customer.
- If a package is returned to our facility by the parcel carrier and the shipping address was entered CORRECTLY, we will replace the package for no additional postage; replacement will be shipped only after the original package returns to our facility, and only in the original shipping method that was selected.
My order says it’s been shipped but there’s no tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available once a package has been shipped from our facility.

Do you ship internationally?
We sure do. A few things you should know about international shipping:
- Any orders over $100 shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses will be charged a shipping rate of $20.00 plus an additional $6.00 for each $50.00 additional ordered over $100.00 (i.e. $175.00 U.S. Other order’s shipping rate would be $20.00 + (2*$6.00) or $32.00. For orders over $500 please, contact P3 Pure directly for shipping rates.
- Any orders over $100 shipped to Canada will be charged a shipping rate of $42.00 plus an additional $4.00 for each $50.00 additional ordered over $100.00 (i.e. $175.00 Canadian order’s shipping rate would be $42.00 + $4.00, or $46.00). For orders over $500 please, contact P3 Pure directly for shipping rates.
- Orders under $100 shipped to Canada via standard shipping method will include duties, taxes and fees. This offer can not be applied retroactively under any circumstance. Orders under $100 shipped to Canada via priority shipping method will not include any duties, taxes or fees and will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- P3 Pure DOES SHIP to SELECT International Countries. Any orders over $100 shipped to an International address will be charged a shipping rate of $46.00 plus an additional $10.00 for each $50.00 additional ordered over $100.00 (i.e. $175.00 International order’s shipping rate would be $46.00 + (2*$10.00) or $66.00. For orders over $500 please, contact P3 Pure directly for shipping rates.
- Any applicable duties/taxes for International packages are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs agency for policies on tariff/duty fees on any orders from outside your country. There will be no refunds on orders when duties/tariffs are not paid for by the recipient.
Store Policies
We got ‘em. Here they are:
- P3 Pure products are available for purchase online for personal use. Wholesale purchases are not available on pretty-frank.com at this time.
- Sales, offers, and promotions through pretty-frank.com are for P3 Pure customers only and are not available for Wholesale account holders.
- To make a purchase for resale, please contact wholesale@heyprettyfrank.com for more information on how to get approved for a wholesale account to be an approved reseller.
- Our products are NOT available for resale without an approved Wholesale account. Unauthorized resellers will be contacted by P3 Pure, LLC and/or any representative parties to ensure that there is no violation of this policy at any time.
- Order total before taxes and and shipping charges cannot exceed $350 USD on pretty-frank.com.
- There's no doubt our stuff works. However, everyone's body chemistry is a little different. We have a disclaimer on our products and website that some people may have a baking soda sensitivity. We have some testimonials of people who have that body chemistry issue and have worked through it, by switching to some of our more sensitive products. Please check our FAQ page or contact us if you’ve got pit problems. We’re here to help.
- Actual product packaging and materials may vary from what is displayed on the website as we continue to improve our options to be able to offer the best products possible. P3 Pure is not responsible for any package variations from what is shown on our website listings.
- As all our ingredients are natural and organic with no additives whatsoever, our products are best if used within 18 months (if left unopened) or 12 months after opening. Please choose your product quantities carefully when purchasing. All our products are handcrafted and therefore are made weekly to ensure that our customers receive the freshest products. As such, we do not stock or sell outdated or expired products. P3 Pure is not liable for product that has expired after it has been received by the customer if it has not been used before the "Best By" date on the product.
- Some of our products are made with ingredients that allow the product to melt at body temperature. During warmer months, these products can get very warm in transit and could melt. P3 Pure is not responsible if a product arrives melted, and in most cases you should be able to stir the product with the included wooden stick, pop the products into the fridge, return back to room temperature, and use as normal. Please note we are not able to replace or refund these items if they melt in transit. All P3 Pure products should be stored at room temperature.
